Returns Process


You can return your parcel to us FREE within mainland UK by creating your own returns label HERE and dropping your parcel off at your nearest DPDLocal collection point. A list of these is included with your label. For the reference code required, please use your order number starting 'WEB'. If you have any problems creating your label, please let us know on or call 0113 8245976.

If returning an item from an area of the UK, which does not have a DPD collection point please contact us on the above e mail or freephone number to arrange the return.

If this service is used, returns are to be paid for by the customer and will not be included in the refund amount. Otherwise, if you do not wish to use this service, please send your parcel by other postal services to Loop Cashmere Returns, 19-21 Dolly Lane, Leeds, LS9 7TU.

All International returns are to be paid for by the customer and proof of postage should be obtained. 

Returns Policy

For orders made directly through Loop Cashmere, we operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item*.

365 Day Returns

After our standard 3 month return period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments damaged by your three year old granddaughter, worn whilst changing your engine oil, or attacked by your miniature schnauzer and so forth, don't unfortunately qualify).

So, if you're not happy, we will give you the option of exchanging your item or receiving account credit for the amount you paid. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back. 

Please note:

* When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
