How to Order
Once you have selected your product, colour and size just click the 'Add To Cart' button. You can then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

You can use our size guide to help determine your perfect size for you. Each style has details of key measurements (chest, waist, body length & arm length) to help you understand how that particular style will fit you. Alternatively, please feel free to email or phone Customer Services. We would be delighted to hear from you and assist you with your purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including AMEX and also take PayPal, Shop Pay & Klarna.

You will receive a series of emails from us as your order moves through our despatch team and is collected by our courier.
- We'll email you when you have placed your order, to confirm it is placed.
- We'll email you when your order is despatched from our warehouse and with the courier.
- You'll receive an email from our courier to confirm when it will be delivered to you.
It depends on where you are in the world. In the UK, all orders placed by 12 noon are despatched same day, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon are despatched the next day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday are despatched on Monday.
For deliveries in the UK they are shipped express by DPD and should be with you next working day unless you reside in the highlands and islands, where the service takes two days.
For most overseas locations shipping takes between 3-7 days.
If you would like a precise quote, or upgrading to an international express service to meet a deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Bespoke, Personalised & Pre-orders will be delivered according to the timeframes advised when placing the order. We will update you weekly on the progress on your order.
Yes we can gift wrap items for you using our tissue paper and Loop branded gift bags. If you would like us to include an hand written note with the parcel, please email customers@loopcashmere.co.uk with your message and order number or give us a call 0113 824 5976.
For orders placed in the UK express shipping is free for all orders of £70 or more after all discounts are applied
For international orders shipping is free over £250. Where your order does not meet this threshold, shipping charges are added at checkout.
We ship across the world via our courier partners DPD, DHL & FedEx. All international deliveries may need to be signed for and can be tracked from the point at which they are dispatched.
We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be
delivered to the countries listed here you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made.
We have no control over these charges.
