Shipping Policy

UK delivery is FREE as standard via DPD trackable Express Delivery when you spend £70 or more after any discounts are applied.

During the normal business working week we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours.

Order before 12 noon for Next Business Day delivery for most UK Mainland addresses. Some UK destinations eg NI, Highlands and Islands may take a little longer. 

Once your order is despatched, you will be able to use your tracking number on the DPD website to amend some delivery options to suit you.

USA delivery is FREE on orders over $299. Please ensure that you have changed to the USA site by choosing the US flag in the top right hand corner of the home page.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL and EUROPEAN  customers - we now offer express delivery via DHL and tracked standard delivery by your country's postal service. Standard delivery is free when you spend over a threshold. You will be shown options, timescales and costs specific to your delivery location at the checkout.

Since the UK left the European Union, receiving customers are liable for any duty or taxes requested in their country and you will be offered the option at checkout to have these included as part of your payment.
