Delivery & Returns

1. Deliveries

UK delivery is FREE on orders of £70 or more after any discounts are applied, via DPD trackable Express Delivery.

During the normal business working week we aim to despatch your order within 72 hours.

However, in most cases, if you order before 12 noon, you may get Next Business Day delivery for most UK Mainland addresses. Some UK destinations e.g. NI, Highlands and Islands may take a little longer. 

Once your order is despatched, you will be able to use your tracking number on the DPD website to amend some delivery options to suit you.

USA delivery is FREE on orders over $299. Delivery and duties calculated at checkout. As you may have heard, on 1 February 2025 US President Donald Trump declared a national emergency under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) and imposed new trade policies affecting fashion imports with Country of Origin of China, shipped from anywhere in the world, which apply to Mongolian cashmere. As a result, any Chinese-made products (including our finest Mongolian cashmere) sold to US customers now attract an additional 10% duty, bringing the total duty charge, paid by US customers on Mongolian Cashmere garments, to approximately 35%. 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL and EUROPEAN customers - we now offer express delivery via DHL and tracked standard delivery by your country's postal service. Standard delivery is free when you spend over a threshold. You will be shown options, timescales and costs specific to your delivery at the checkout. To benefit from this service, you will need to change to the country to which your order is being delivered by changing the flag at the top right hand corner of the site.

Since the UK left the European Union, receiving customers are liable for any duty or taxes requested in their country and you will be offered the option at checkout to have these included as part of your payment.


2. Returns

 

UK RETURNS

*** Important Update (26.09.2025) : Upcoming Change to UK Returns Policy ***

From October 1st 2025, our UK returns policy will change: 

  • For UK returns made for a refund, a £2.95 return charge will apply to cover shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

What will NOT change though:

  • Returns for exchanges will remain free for all orders over £70 (no change).
  • For overseas orders, customers will still pay for their returns (no change).
  • You still have 30 days to return an item (14 days during sale). We understand that flexibility is important, and we’re committed to making returns very easy within this timeframe, as always. Our team is here to help with any questions or concerns.

  • We offer free UK returns on all orders over £70.
  • For all orders under £70, a deduction of £5 is made from your refund to cover return shipping charges. 

You can return your parcel to us FREE within mainland UK by creating your return HERE

Simply fill in your order date, return reason and customer details, then choose whichever return method is most convenient for you. 

If you do not have a printer please choose the paperless option, this will send you a scannable QR code which you can take to be scanned at the Post Office. 

Alternatively you can print out a label and drop your parcel off at your nearest DPD Local collection point.

A list of your nearest locations for each option is included when you create your return.

EUROPE/INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All International returns are to be paid for by the customer and proof of postage must be obtained.

RETURNS WINDOW

Should you wish us to refund any item on our site that was purchased with a marked discount then the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt (this does not apply to full price items reduced via use of a Discount Code).

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer received by email for example, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
