UK delivery is FREE as standard via DPD trackable Express Delivery
During the normal business working week we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours.
Order before 12 noon for Next Business Day delivery for most UK Mainland addresses. Some UK destinations eg NI, Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.
Once your order is despatched, you will be able to use your tracking number on the DPD website to amend some delivery options to suit you.
USA delivery is FREE on orders over $299. Delivery calculated at checkout.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL and EUROPEAN customers - we now offer express delivery via DHL and tracked standard delivery by your country's postal service. Standard delivery is free when you spend over a threshold. You will be shown options, timescales and costs specific to your delivery at the checkout. To benefit from this service, you will need to change to the country to which your order is being delivered by changing the flag at the top right hand corner of the site
Since the UK left the European Union, receiving customers are liable for any duty or taxes requested in their country and you will be offered the option at checkout to have these included as part of your payment.

We offer free UK returns.
You can return your parcel to us FREE within mainland UK by creating your own returns label HERE and dropping your parcel off at your nearest DPDLocal collection point. A list of these is included with your label. For the reference code required, please use your order number. If you have any problems creating your label, please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0113 8245976.
If returning an item from an area of the UK, which does not have a DPD collection point please contact us on the above email or freephone number to arrange the return.
All International returns are to be paid for by the customer and proof of postage should be obtained.

For orders made directly through Loop Cashmere, we operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 3 months of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item*.
365 Day Returns
After our standard 3 month return period, until the first anniversary of your order arriving, you can return anything that does not meet your naturally high quality expectations (things like wear and tear are included, though garments damaged by your three year old granddaughter, worn whilst changing your engine oil, or attacked by your miniature schnauzer and so forth, don't unfortunately qualify).
So, if you're not happy, we will give you the option of exchanging your item or receiving account credit for the amount you paid. Should anything spring a fault in the first 6 months, we will, of course, give you your money back.
* When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
